All peptides are supplied in lyophilized (powder) form.

You are responsible for proper research, handling, and reconstitution techniques.

Are your products intended for human use?

I'm new to peptides. Can I still order?

If you have no prior experience handling research chemicals, we strongly advise you not to purchase.

Can I write anything in the payment notes?

NO.

Under no circumstances should you mention words like “peptide,” “tirzepatide,” “order,” “research,” or product names in your payment notes.

Only include your Order Number or leave it blank.

Violations will lead to payment rejection and order cancellation.

How fast will my order ship?
  • Single vial/unit orders typically ship within 2 business days.
  • Bulk orders (multiple units) require additional preparation time and usually ship within 7–10 business days.

If there is any delay beyond these timeframes, you will receive an email update.

Can I cancel, return, or modify my order?
  • All sales are final.
  • We do not allow cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.
  • If an exception is made, a mandatory 15% restocking fee will apply.

There are no refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Can I get a refund if my package is delayed, lost, or stollen?
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NextGen Peptides is no longer responsible for the package.
  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Do you offer instructions for reconstitution, dosing, or uise?

Due to legal and compliance reasons, we cannot and will not offer instructions on:

  • Reconstitution
  • Dosing
  • Administration
  • Storage beyond basic storage temperatures

Can I pick up my order or meet in person?

No.

We do not offer local pickups, meetups, or in-person transactions under any circumstances.

All orders are shipped discreetly.

My payment was flagged because of wording in the notes. What happens?

If you enter restricted terms (like “peptides”) in the payment notes, your payment will be rejected and refunded if possible.

Your order will be canceled and you may be permanently banned from future purchases.

What if I made a mistake on my shipping address?

If you realize you made an error immediately after checkout, please email us.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, and you are responsible for any loss or delays.

Do you test your products?

We work with reputable manufacturers who perform independent third-party testing.

While we trust the quality, we always encourage customers to conduct their own research and independent analysis for their study needs.

Right to refuse service

The Prince of Peptide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

This includes but is not limited to:

    • Suspicious activity
    • Violation of payment instructions
    • Excessive complaints or disputes
    • Attempting to misuse products

How do payments work?

The Prince of Peptides payments are not automatically connected to Venmo, Cashapp, or any other 3rd party applications. It’s fully up to the customer to make these payments.

Any attempt to place an order after being banned will result in immediate cancellation without notice.
