Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review each case and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we will do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that time, the order is considered final and will be processed and shipped.
